2025 Preaching Conference

In spring 2025, we gathered a community of preachers and Bible teachers from across the UK and Ireland in Birmingham for our Preaching Conference. It was a day filled with inspiring teaching, practical training, workshops, worship, community, and prayer, all shared among people passionate about reaching the generations with the Word of God. Laura Gallacher
Laura serves the wider church as a Bible teacher and preacher, and is Co-Founder of Prisca. She has been involved in local church ministry alongside her husband Owen for 17 years, especially working with students.
Rachel Hughes
Rachel is the Senior Pastor of Gas Street Church in Birmingham, alongside her husband Tim. She is a passionate preacher and loves communicating the liberating power of God’s truth. Rachel has recently pioneered a national ministry (alongside her sister) called ‘The Orchard’ to encourage and empower women.
Dan Hames
Dan is the Vice President of Union School of Theology and lectures in Systematic and Historical theology.
Chris Wright
Chris Wright is the Global Ambassador of the Langham Partnership (www.langham.org). He taught in India for five years. His books include Old Testament Ethics for the People of God; The Mission of God; The God I Don’t Understand; The Mission of God’s People, and the Great Story and the Great Commission.
Rich Johnson
Rich is the Vicar of All Saints Worcester and National Leader of New Wine England. Rich is married to Kath and together they have three children. He is passionate about developing leaders and helping the church understand and engage with our cultural moment, particularly through preaching.
Sammy Jabangwe
Sammy is a preacher, evangelist and musician. Currently studying Biblical Studies at Nazarene Theological College, Sammy loves digging deeper into God’s word and encouraging others to see the beauty of the gospel.
